The emergency care plans must include the following elements: — Documentation of the emergency plan at the State level. — Information that allows an emergency care service provider to respond to the emergency, including the  method of access to the emergency care services at the facility. — Information about the state designated emergency care facility (CEDE) and emergency care services. For emergency care services, the emergency care plans must be based upon the State CEDE/emergency treatment center plan or the local State plan. The plan must include information about the emergency care services provider. It must include: — The names and positions of an emergency medical director or paramedic, and the designated person for operations. — The location of the facility. — The number of emergency medical staff employed at the facility.
